Quick Way to Adjust

As someone who often travels internationally, I am constantly dealing with the unpleasant effects of jet lag. Over time, I have discovered a technique that helps me get over it quickly. I stay up as all day in the location I have traveled to, no matter how tired I may feel and I then find it easier to fall asleep at night. Although it may be rather unpleasant at first, this helps me get over most of my fatigue in the first day or two of travel. However, as useful as this may be for quickly switching to a new time zone, I find that it still takes a few days to completely adjust.
