I wouldn’t make adjustments, I would get a fuel efficient car. Or replace my engine with a fuel efficient engine.

Sell it and buy a Geo Metro - one produced between 1989 and 1994 as they get 40 to 60 mpg, depending on whether or not they are manual or automatic transmission.

drive it less…
put better tires to waste less gas..(needing less gas can reduce the demand for petroleum)
keep car up to shape..(take it to service once and awhile
etc…

I think it’s better to set my car run with LPG gas. Then it will give good millage and it will reduce carbon emissions.

I would use (1) new fuel filter, (in addition to the standard filter upon purchase); (2) copper tube lines; and (1) copper reducer to achieve fuel expansion by increasing oxygen levels in the fuel before utilization thereby increasing fuel mileage by way of the carburetor and another area. There is a patent on this device and I cannot give full details.

I give credit to a longtime friend of my fiance in Conway, South Carolina, Mr. Grice, who currently hold a United States Patent for such an animal. He also has installed this device on his vehicle’s and other persons. It works. As he tells the story, he is reminded that someone from oil products kicked his door in and told him not to manufacture it or else! True Story.
