Where can I purchase emission control devices for Fords?

I am searching for a evaportive canister emission purge control valve and purge control solenoid for a 96 Ford Ranger 3.0L.
I also may need the canister.

this appears to be a common problem with 95-97 Fords.
Junk yards are bare on these parts,
I need a vendor source, please.
