Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. today unveiled Nissan LEAF, the worlds first affordable, zero-emission car. Designed specifically for a lithium-ion battery-powered chassis, Nissan LEAF is a medium-size hatchback that comfortably seats five adults and has a range of more than 160km (100 miles) to satisfy real-world consumer requirements.

Ok, somebody please explain to me how this car is better for the environment than my 1988 Chevrolet Caprice with a V8 no Cats or emissions crap hooked up. Think about that for second then respond to me please. I need to know how this vehicle get it’s power and how much it takes to charge the batteries. I want somebody to please prove me wrong.
