A wet dream is a very powerful experience if you remember the dream part and sensations (and not just the messy part afterwards). Like the other guy said, you probably had feelings or at least a curiosity for this person before they starred in your late night erotic adventure. Probably what happens is now everytime you think of them you also remember the orgasmic and other beautiful feelings you had with them in your dream. Since wet dreams can be so powerful, it is hard to forget about them, and so if someone is in it you will not forget about them either. I never knew who the girl was who starred in my first wet dream. She had dark long curly hair but I could not make out her face. She just seemed to be some female my subconscious dreamed up to accompany the amazing experience I was about to have when I found myself embracing her.
References :
Those lovely feelings probably preceded your nocturnal response, rather than being a result of it.
