ACT deserved the …
ACT deserved the balance of power.

The environmental problem is partly fictional (eg global warming ”over population”) and partly true.

But the answer to the real environmental issues is not taxes, which do not help the env., bt simply fill the Govt. coffers more, but rather a legal system which guarantees environmental integrity without a profusion of bureaucratic red tape.
