The Workout Prayer That Works
I am not much of a prayer guy but I found out that prayer does work. So I got myself to make a prayer for every major activities, especially with my workout. You don’t have to copy mine as you can make one for your self. Here is how it usually goes. First thank whoever it is you are praying to, mine is God, for giving you a healthy to perform your workouts. Second is to ask strength so that you can overcome the difficulty that you will meet along the way.
With this simple prayer I have been able to get great results with my Air Climber. Lost a lot of pounds and made my body leaner.
