Recently I was experimenting with a new home made wine recipe. It was a lot of fun and reminded me about how much I really enjoy making my own wine. Anyone who loves cooking should give this hobby a try. It is kind of nice when you have friends or family over for dinner and instead of offering them a bottle of wine you picked up from the store you can offer them a glass of something you cooked up in your kitchen.
