IF passed, the enforcement would go the EPA, one of Obamas "strong arms" in the Government. The EPA could without Congressional approval or oversight , start to create a "list" of ALL the hazards and "suspected" health risks, which could include "anything". Obama already has a analysis being done to determine if "owning a firearm is HAZARDOUS to the health of the owner..." This is NOT a joke. WHO do you think will implement whatever rules, regulations or taxes are needed for this "health hazard" ? Gun control without attacking the Second Amendment. Obesity, diabetics, butane, gas stoves, electricity, televisions, c-phones, microwaves and the list just keeps on going. What it means is in a country like Iceland does not emit as much smoke as they do in the USA, then we can buy clean air from Iceland and continue polluting. Is this crazy or insane, nuts, what? These countries are happy beyond your dreams to receive money from countries like ours.
