When the Lib’s pass cap and tax do you think the bill will include second hand co2 emissions from people?

Since we all exhale Co2 and the EPA has deemed harmful do you think we should have to breath someones second hand breath? I don’t like breathing cigarette smoke and this is regulated. The Dems will probably regulate second hand breathing too.

  2. This democrat idea of "cap and tax or trade" is the most insane thing I have ever heard of. What it means is in a country like Iceland does not emit as much smoke as they do in the USA, then we can buy clean air from Iceland and continue polluting. Is this crazy or insane, nuts, what?

    Please explain. When I say buy carbon credits it means our tax dollars will be given to countries like Nigeria, Congo, all the South American countries. These countries are happy beyond your dreams to receive money from countries like ours. Who wouldn’t.

    The price of everything will go way up. The funny part about it is it’s not really going to stop any so called "pollution". It’s just going make everyone pay for it. Nice way to get rich Gore.

  5. One can only "hope" that the public sees the BIG picture about this and not just the trivial talk about what, when and where they will impose taxes.
    IF passed, the enforcement would go the EPA, one of Obamas "strong arms" in the Government. The EPA could without Congressional approval or oversight , start to create a "list" of ALL the hazards and "suspected" health risks, which could include "anything".
    Obama already has a analysis being done to determine if "owning a firearm is HAZARDOUS to the health of the owner…" This is NOT a joke. WHO do you think will implement whatever rules, regulations or taxes are needed for this "health hazard" ? Gun control without attacking the Second Amendment.
    Obesity, diabetics, butane, gas stoves, electricity, televisions, c-phones, microwaves and the list just keeps on going. ANYTHING they declare a "hazard", becomes subject to regulation and taxes.
