The U.S and China plan to limit Carbon Dioxide waste given off by both their nations. These two nations are the biggest polluters on the Earth. The most recent U.N meeting the U.S representatives agreed to cut emissions by nearly 37 percent for the near future. China has already cut by 50%.

    We’re in two wars being funded by tax payers and China trying to secure a fossil fuel pipeline through Afghanistan.

    With a $100,000 tax break for purchasing a Hummer/gas guzzler in 2005 and GM and Wallstreet being bailed out by tax payers, CO2 emissions is the last goal on the map.
