The problem is that a few scientists, sponsored by for example Exxon Mobil are continuing to fund climate skeptic groups. Its like back in the 60s where tobacco industry claim smoking is good “my local GP smokes Camel”.

I personally don’t believe that the current global warming trend is caused by CO2 emissions mostly due to trending and the fact that there was less polar ice in 1940 than there is now. I expect that this current global warming will be followed by even more threatening global cooling. Either way, “coal has got to go”.
