Type into "EN228" into a search engine and maybe "Criteria" too, that is the european standard by which petrol is tested in order for it to be a saleable commodity.
If you are in the US it will be an ASTM standard rather than EN, and the German DIN standards are very meticulous also.

Passes all of emissions except NOx on the low rpm test
NOx PPMs:
High speed standard = 1208 - I was 1205
Low speed standard = 1323 but I got a 2831

I did changed new oil, filter oil, and air filter and Fuel cleaning into gas tank.
