map sensor might affect your smog test.
ac pressure sensor wont.

AC - NO.
MAP - YES.
Everything on your engine has to come together to work in concert to burn the gas most efficiently. If the MAP sensor is broken, you can almost guarantee a failure.

Can you tell us what part of the emission test your car fails? AC pressure sensor is unlikely the case. As for the map sensor, it really depends on the part that fails.

if any lights are on they will fail you.
