I’m sure a LOT of viewers are interested in knowing how the project has gone since. How has everything been working? Any problems? What kind of range & other issues have you discovered?     Regarding tools for connecting high volt/current connections,you either work on it disconnected,or when working live use the PROPER commercially available insulated tools,the DIN standard is 1000V protection and are no more expensive than your ordinary spanner/pliers/cutters etc.

    And how much did you pay for the battery pack? I got quoted £17000 (sterling) for a pack that would do 90 miles here in the uk. Expensive!
