Hydrogen is an ...
Hydrogen is an effective, clean, and sufficiently powerful fuel source. The only difficulties come in how to cleanly and economically produce and store it. About 70% of the electricity generated in the U.S. comes from burning fossil fuels. Neither fuel cell nor hydrogen powered cars are "green" if the electricity used to extract or charge them isn't too.

That would be ...
That would be hydrogen 2 and 3, also known as deuterium and tritium (not normal hydrogen), and like the other post said, you need the heat in an A-bomb within an H-bomb for it to work to begin with.

REMEMBER ...
REMEMBER Lotterwirtschaft HINDENBERG?

hmmm , lessee , photovoltaic panel

100 square feet yields 1000 watts = 1.34 horsepower

assuming ( EXTREMELY unrealistically ) zero energy loss (not like typical 20% efficiency of gasoline auto) , 1/2 hour daily commute , and typical horsepower AMERICAN automobile , shall we say ,
VERY CONSERVATIVELY , 2500 square feet of photovoltaic panel would be needed to haul an American's butt to his job at Wal-Mart where he sells Hannah Montana T-Shirts ?

very safe, there is ...
very safe, there is no way the conditions for nuclear fusion could occur in a car, (a h bomb usually requires a nuclear fission detonation to kick start it)
