Alloy wheels are made by melting aluminum alloy at a highest temperatures and then pouring it into a preformed cast. After the metal sets and cools it is trimmed and afterwards inspected for any imperfections. In that case, the wheel is recycled. After all that is finished, the wheels are then sent to a big oven for heat treatment. This process makes the wheel harder and more durable.

Alloy wheel refurbishment is one of the most used ways of making your wheels look new again. If you do not want to spend money for new wheels, this is the cheapest way to keep them from reducing the quality and appearance of your car.
