What is wavelength of the hydrogen emission spectrum?

Hi. I know that there are 4 lines on the hydrogen emission spectrum and that one of them has a wavelength of 656nm. But what are the other three? any help is greatly appreciated! thanks a bunch!

What adjustments would you consider making to your car to try to save fuel and reduce carbon emissions?

The #1 adjustment anyone can make to a car to reduce fossil fuel use is to have it transport vegetables only from the supermarket and no meat or dairy, both of which are responsible for 51% of all greenhouse gases, according to the WorldWatch Institute.
Apart from this one very significant adjustment, you can keep tires [...]

will my car pass emission test if the ac pressure sensor and the map sensor need replaced?

map sensor might affect your smog test.
ac pressure sensor wont.

Can you write me a poem about Cutting back on CO2 Emissions?

That would be great. I need it to add to my poster entitled "Open A Window" catchy, I know!
Anyway, I feel like a neat poem would be a great accent to my poster.
Thanks in advance!
Yo,yo, yo, YO! I want to get a shot out to all my Homies in Sacto, Dog Chapman, the [...]

What will be the effect of capandtax on unemployment, trade deficit, and carbon dioxide emissions?

Currently US produces 100,000,000 ton of steel. For each 1 ton of steel 1 ton of carbon dioxide is released. The industry employs 100,000 workers and pays good union industrial wages. Net revenues $10 billion.
In China there is no capandtax, and due to obsolete technology each 1 ton of steel produced 2 ton of [...]

I have a 20001 suzuki vitara why does the CHECH ENGINE light come on is it to do with EMISSION CONTROL?

Yes it does, take it to the shop and have it checked. It may be as simple as a gas cap. Good luck

What causes a fuel "tank" to lose pressure?

My van failed emissions today, says that the fuel tank is losing pressure. EVAP test over cutpoint is what it says. measured .67 limit is .40. What causes this?
The fuel cap was tested on and off. Fuel cap is not problem. This is CALIFORNIA By the way. lol
there is a line that runs from the [...]

What is the scientifically acceptable level of Co2 emissions?

Some people here on answers suggest that if we return to pre 80’s emissions levels, AGW will actually reverse.
Does that mean we should all buy 75′ Cadillacs with a four barrel on a big block 500?
Or shop around, find and install a 6 SEER A/C that runs on R-12?
Toss out my energy star appliances and [...]

92 Toyota Corolla has high NOx emissions…?

Unfortunately, I learned this during a vehicle inspection whereas it failed the emissions portion of the test.
HC and CO were low… no check engine light… cat is new (old had NO catalyst element inside)… new secondary ignition… new distributor assy (pick-up coil broke apart and the windings ended wrapped around the shaft)… new timing belt.
At [...]

How do I figure out carbon emissions connected with the kilowatts or kilowatts-hours electricity consumed?

How do I calculate the carbon dioxide emissions or pounds of carbon produced with just the knowledge of watts of energy consumed?
It depends on the source(s) of your electricity - if the source is nuclear, hydro, wind, or solar, zero is the answer.
Coal is the highest, followed by oil and natural gas for fossil fueled [...]
